This group is for people who are looking for a way to be accountable to health changes in their lives as well as enjoy a low impact full body workout for all levels of fitness. Ours is an indoor workout with walking steps and lots of arm movements.  I know so many people who feel like they need to be a little bit fit to start working out. This group helps you get started and keep going!

Meet other fit and active men & women. Get together for hikes, x-country skiing, skating, cycling in the warmer weather or whatever we enjoy doing outside & in.
