Hello St. Albans - this is a group for organising group meetings to get fit and lose weight and meet other people while doing so. Anybody can organise an event any time or anywhere - e.g. a walk, run, cycle, football game, swim, boot camps so feel free to enter a time and date. I currently run a Photography Group, but thought it would be nice to set up a Social Group for the odd outing, dinner and drinks etc. I will probably try to schedule a few things each month (to fit in with my hectic life) but members are more than welcome to host their own events.
